Terms and conditions
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £100 for the Main Hall and £50 for the other rooms. We also ask for a refundable cash-only damage deposit of £250 for the Main Hall and £150 for other bookings, payable at least 48 hours before the event.

We have an onsite kitchen which is available for bookings in the Main Hall at £50 for the duration of your event. It is perfect for serving hot and cold drinks, cakes and snacks. There is a cooker, fridge, microwave, hot water urns and a dishwasher.
If you’re looking for help with catering, our friends at the Garden Community Café can provide a range of tasty and affordable cold food options including sandwiches and wraps, snacks, fruit and cake. For menus and prices, please contact the friendly café team on 020 7511 1232 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you require hot food, we can recommend local suppliers for that too – just give us a call!
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol. Alternatively, some clients decide to hire a mobile bar with a licence. Please note, however, that WSF does not have a licence to sell alcohol and it is strictly forbidden to sell alcohol at your event yourself.
