Hannah Tulloch - Chair
Hannah has 16 years’ experience working in the charity sector, including 5 years as CEO of Ascension Community Trust, a community charity based in Custom House, Newham. She is qualified Voluntary Sector Management, Charity Accounting and Human Resource Management. Hannah has been on the trustee board for Bridges Community Project (Royal Docks) and One Newham. Hannah is currently Chief Operating Officer of Carney's Community, a youth charity based in Wandsworth, where she is responsible for the funding, finance, facilities and HR of the organisation.
Jack Courtney - Vice Chair
Jack Courtney joined the West Silvertown Foundation board in spring 2023 and has been a local resident of Britannia Village since 2020. He first became involved in the area when working for the Britannia Education Trust (Britannia Village and Royal Wharf primary school) as a class teacher and PE subject lead in 2019 also working with staff and pupils at Oasis Silvertown.
He has a BA Honours in Education and a PGCE from the University of East London. He also has a background in youth and community sport, being committee members and head coaches of rugby clubs in Barking and Dagenham and Essex. He is passionate about creating opportunities for local people to achieve and prosper in avenues they may not have seen as achievable before.
Jee Hyeok Lee
Jee joined WSF as a trustee in March 2018 and has lived in the Royal Docks area since 2017. He currently works as a corporate finance professional at a boutique advisory firm in London.
Prior to this, Jee was an accountant at KPMG, where he qualified as a chartered accountant (CIMA) and a Chartered Finance Analyst (CFA). He holds a BSc in Economics from University College London. He is also a member of the leadership team of Royal Docks Community Church, which meets at Britannia Village Hall. As a resident of Royal Docks, Jee is keen to see the area prosper into a diverse, inclusive and integrated community.
Zeeshan Ahmed
Zeeshan joined WSF as a trustee in late 2018, and has been a resident in the area since 2015. He is an IT professional currently working as Lead Software Architect for Canopius in City of London.
Previously, Zeeshan has performed similar roles at other organisations and he specialises in software architecture, building and managing onshore and offshore technical teams. Outside of his full-time job, he also refurbishes and manages properties in East and South London. Zeeshan has BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Telecommunications and Computer Networks.
Oleksandr Pavlov
Oleksandr Pavlov joined the West Silvertown Foundation board in the spring of 2023 and has lived in the Royal Docks area since 2020. He works as a consulting professional at EY in London. His specialization is modelling and analytics in the financial sector industry.
Prior to this, Oleksandr was a financial analyst at Entercard, where he qualified as a Chartered Finance Analyst (CFA). He holds a MSc in Economics from Lund University.
Rupesh Bhudia
Rupesh grew up in East London and moved to the Royal Docks area in 2018. He initially got involved with WSF through the mentoring scheme in 2020, and joined the foundation as a trustee in 2023. He works in the insurance industry as an Actuary, primarily for companies involved within Lloyds of London, and was previously a consultant at PwC.
Rupesh is a qualified Actuary and graduated with a first class degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick in 2008.
Florence Cantle
Florence is very committed to NHS. She has a wealth of experience in health care and community engagement. She is a trained nurse in general and mental health nursing.
She has a proven track record of successes at both strategic and operational levels, particularly in programme management, service transformation, stakeholder engagement and working in partnership with multi-agencies such as Government departments, Local Authorities, acute and community Trusts, primary care, and voluntary sector.
In 2023-24, she was a President of Hong Kong Nursing Association UK responsible for overseeing the nursing association ‘s core businesses. Besides this volunteering position, she has been actively involved in a number of voluntary organisations such as Scouting in the UK, Helping the aged supporting local community integration.
Florence is a resident of Britannia Village and a Director of Britannia Village General Management Company.
Lara Ballin
Lara joined WSF as a trustee in 2025. She has more than two decades’ experience as a legal consultant, advising financial services firms and other businesses on legal matters, corporate governance, HR and compliance. She has also supported businesses in establishing and expanding both in the UK and internationally and is currently focusing on the real estate sector.
She holds both an LLB and an LLM
